Sigma witnesses and reports on the Run-Time tests and the Final Acceptance Test. Our certified personnel also verify the completed and approved FAT Punch List as part of the final QA/QC oversight. In addition, Sigma Inspectors verify that the final revisions of the following documentation are prepared and delivered to the asset owner:
