Welding Verification

1. Welding procedures compliance with ASME, AWS, and API specifications
2. Welder Certifications and Qualifications (Bend Test/Destructive Test)
3. Check Weld Maps
4. Check Welder Stamp & NDE#
5. Check all welds for proper welding
6. Check weld pads are present per drawings
7. Check internal and external welds for completeness and cleanliness

NDT/NDE Verification

1. Check NDT/NDE QA/QC Manual
2. Check NDT/NDE HSE Manual
3. Check NDT/NDE Written Practice document and ASNT Level III signature
4. Check all RT, MT, PT, VT, UT, SW, PAUT, TOFD, etc. Test Procedures, and ASNT Level III signature
5. Check NDT/NDE reports
6. Check Radiographic Film quality (Penetrometer, density, flashing, technique, etc.)
7. Check ASNT Radiographic Level II Technician qualitative assessment of film and signature on the report
8. Check ASNT Radiographic Level III Inspector qualitative re-assessment of any film and signature on the report
