Painting and Coating Inspection Verification

Sigma verifies the completed and approved Painting and Coating Inspection Plan. Inspectors use the following standards organizations for specifications:

1. Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP)
2. National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE)
3. Society for Protective Coatings (SPC)
4. Steel Structure Painting Council (SSPC)

As of June 2021, the merger of NACE and SPC (formerly SSPC) formed the single standards organization AMPP.

Sigma provides Painting and Coating Inspection verification as part of the company’s core competency in Third-Party Verification (Vendor Surveillance) and QA/QC review/oversight.
