Sigma provides Third-Party Verification (Vendor Surveillance) on QA/QC processes for the manufacturing of oilfield (midstream), refinery (downstream), and petrochemical plant systems. This includes the ongoing QA/QC review and oversight of the various stages of fabrication, inspection, and testing for the constructed systems.

Also included in QA/QC oversight is documentation verification. Equipment/Systems documentation reviewed includes but is not limited to the following: ASME U stamp, ITP, As-Built drawings, BOM, MTR, weld maps, welder qualifications/certifications, NDT/NDE film & reports, paint/coatings inspection reports, hydrostatic test charts, E&I wiring diagrams, P&IDs, run tests/FAT reports, on-site photographs, and owners operation & commissioning manual.

Certified professionals are available for call-out or long-term assignments. Sigma provides turnkey Third-Party Verification and reporting services complete with equipment, consumables, vehicles (mileage), and accommodations required to perform Vendor Surveillance.
