Mr. Manoj is a highly skilled and certified professional who oversees the quality control, inspection and non-destructive testing (NDT) operations within an organization. 
He holds the certificates of ASNT Level III , AWS-SCWI and NACE Level II. 

He is working for the role of Technical Manager with the following responsibilities:
1.    Leadership & Management:
o    Oversee NDT operations and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
o    Supervise and mentor NDT technicians and engineers, ensuring adherence to testing protocols and quality assurance.
o    Develop and implement policies and procedures for NDT activities in accordance with ASNT standards.
2.    Certification and Training:
o    Hold an ASNT Level III, AWS-SCWI and NACE Level II certification, demonstrating a high level of expertise and knowledge in respective methods.
3.    Quality Control & Assurance:
o    Develop and manage quality control plans, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results.
o    Ensure all inspections meet applicable codes, standards (ASNT, ASTM, etc.), and client specifications.
o    Perform root cause analysis of discrepancies and lead corrective action initiatives.
4.    Client Interaction & Reporting:
o    Interface with clients to discuss requirements, explain test results, and provide technical insights on material conditions.
o    Prepare and review technical reports, ensuring they are accurate, detailed, and meet customer needs.
5.    Project Management:
o    Plan and coordinate services for various projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
o    Monitor the performance of operations, ensuring that schedules and budgets are adhered to.
