Remote Sensors, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Process Variables (PVs), Setpoints (SPs), and Final Control Elements (FCEs) are all examples of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems components that Sigma has firsthand experience with. SCADA systems are used extensively in industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, manufacturing, utilities (electricity/water/gas), pulp & paper, food (grain) & beverage, wastewater treatment, telecommunications, and transportation.
