Sigma technicians are knowledgeable with ASME, AWS, ANSI, NBIC, and EEMUA standards; and are qualified to provide Furness Heating for steel pipe, spools, vessels, tanks, and other large metal components.

Sigma can construct temporary furnaces/ovens on-site as required for the project. Furnaces/ovens use convection heat to provide uniform heating and can treat large parts and batch heat several parts at once.

Qualified technicians are available for call-out or long-term assignments. Sigma provides turnkey Furnace Heating and reporting services complete with equipment, consumables, vehicles (mileage), and accommodations required to perform the Heat Treatment.
