Mr. Chen has been in the field of mechanical integrity assessment and the nondestructive testing and evaluation disciplines within the oil and gas, power generation, construction, and steel manufacturing industries since 1995. He graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree from Zhe Jiang University and a Masters in Electrical Engineering and has worked in various companies since then.
